Brief History: Wendy Oldbag was born to two rather nice parents, who failed in one crucial part of parenthood: teaching their child that sucking up to people in high positions isn’t the way to get through life. Wendy went through school as the teacher’s pet and was dutifully rewarded for it all through her life. She went into the police force at a young age, subsisting on doughnuts, yelling at kids, and arresting people. She was extremely well-known in the force and this went to her head a little bit. As a result, she became infamous for her big mouth and long-winded tirades, which she subjects anyone to if they annoy her or talk ill of someone she adores.

Eventually, she had to retire from the active force and was assigned as a security guard for Mishima University, where she currently lives on doughnuts and her current obsession with the people she’s heard about in high places. She has taken it upon herself to make sure the university is clear of all "whippersnappers." Occasionally this proves to be a bit of a problem as she'll mistake a student to be too young for the university. This usually results in said student avoiding her at all costs while she stalks the campus to make sure they don't come back.

Personality She’s probably quite enamored with Aizen at this point and likes to horde pictures and articles about him at every chance. She’d be a good one to get information from as she makes life hell for anyone she doesn’t like. She’s extremely loyal to those she deems worthy, but if you get on her bad side, she’s quick to let you know in no uncertain terms and will either talk your ears off or yell and scream and chase you out… Her favorite word is “whippersnapper” and abuses it at every turn. Also, she has a habit of stringing words together to form long rambling sentences when upset. She may not appear to be the most attentive person in the universe, but she takes her job relatively seriously.

It is difficult to get her to appear completely serious as she usually tends to appear snarky, sarcastic, or just plain irritable. However, when she gets perfectly serious, like when she's caught in one of her lies (usually involving covering for someone when she's asked to or when she deems it necessary), then she will come across as completely serious, as though nothing were ever the problem to begin with.
